💼 JOB DETAILS
- Position: Customer & Creative Associate
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
- Hourly Rate: SGD $4/hour
- Commission: Earn additional commission for every successful sale

💬 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.
- Assist customers with packages, pricing, bookings, and event details.
- Follow up with potential clients and help convert enquiries into bookings.
- Keep customer records and booking details updated.
- Provide friendly and professional customer support.
🎨 2. Creative Design & Photobooth Template Editing
- Create and customise photobooth templates based on client themes.
- Edit layouts, colours, fonts, names, dates, and event details.
- Prepare print-ready and digital templates using the correct dimensions.
- Ensure every design is accurate and visually appealing.
- Make revisions based on client feedback.
✨ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Creative, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Comfortable with customer service and sales follow-ups.
- Able to manage deadlines and work independently.
- Willing to learn and accept feedback.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or graphic design is an advantage.
