Cold Calling Sales Agent – Dumpster Rental (Commission-Based, Unlimited Earnings)

Bustillo Dumpsters is hiring 6 Cold Calling Sales Agents!

We are a growing dumpster rental and portable toilet company in the US, and we're looking for motivated, confident cold callers who want to be rewarded for their results.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll call fresh leads from our CRM and offer our dumpster rentals and portable toilets to homeowners, contractors and businesses in the US. When a customer is interested, you'll pass their details to our managers, who will handle the payment and contract. You focus on what you do best: talking to people and creating opportunities.

COMPENSATION
- $40 per closed deal (paid once the customer has paid)
- No limit on how much you can earn
- Our current agents earn around $300–$850 per week
- Weekly payment every Saturday
- After 6 months: a base pay of $1,000 per month PLUS commission for agents with strong sales performance

With commission, YOU control your income. There's no ceiling on what you can earn: the more deals you close, the more you take home every week. Top performers earn far more than a fixed salary, and with our base pay after 6 months, you get the best of both worlds: stability and unlimited earning potential.

DAILY TASKS
- Call leads from our CRM (fresh leads provided)
- Offer dumpster rentals (10, 20, 30 and 40 yard) and portable toilets
- Answer customer questions about sizes, pricing and delivery
- Send interested customers' details to our team group chat so a manager can call them, process payment and send the contract
- Keep notes on every call in our lead sheet

SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, with a 1-hour lunch break

REQUIREMENTS
- Cold calling or outbound sales experience (US clients preferred)
- Excellent spoken English and a confident, friendly phone voice
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work area
- Laptop or computer with a good headset
- Self-motivated, goal-driven and coachable
- Experience in dumpster rental, waste management or home services is a plus, but not required

Note: This is a commission-based role. Weekly earnings depend on the number of deals you close, and results vary by agent.
