Quiet Growth Systems is looking for an experienced Filipino cold caller and appointment setter to contact U.S. business owners and identify companies that could benefit from an AI receptionist.
Our AI receptionist can answer calls 24/7, answer common questions, qualify callers, transfer calls, capture leads, and book appointments.
Your job is NOT to close the sale. Your job is to start conversations, identify a business problem, create interest, qualify the prospect, and schedule an appointment with the owner of Quiet Growth Systems.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to business owners from lead lists we provide
Reach owners and decision-makers
Ask qualification questions and listen for problems such as missed calls, voicemail, after-hours calls, interruptions, slow callbacks, scheduling problems, and lost leads
Briefly explain how an AI receptionist could help
Schedule genuinely interested, qualified prospects for an appointment
Keep accurate notes on every qualified prospect
Follow up with prospects when appropriate
We care about quality appointments, not just quantity.
Compensation:
$5 USD per hour
Approximately 20 hours per week to start
PLUS a $20 bonus for every prospect you originally source and qualify who becomes a paying Quiet Growth Systems customer
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent spoken English
Previous U.S. business cold-calling or appointment-setting experience preferred
Confident on the phone without sounding aggressive or robotic
Good at asking questions and listening
Dependable and organized
Comfortable documenting calls and follow-ups
Experience calling contractors or home-service businesses is a major plus
Interested in a long-term position
