We sell an AI receptionist to small HVAC companies in the United States (3–20 staff). It answers their phone 24/7 so they stop losing jobs to missed calls. We need a cold caller to call HVAC owners and book short 15-minute meetings with our founder. You book the meeting; we do the selling.
What you'll do
- Call US HVAC business owners from a lead list we give you (minimum 100 calls a day, more is welcome)
- Follow our script and handle common objections
- Book qualified meetings on our calendar and log every call. Qualified means the owner or decision-maker of a US HVAC company with 3–20 staff.
- Join a short daily check-in to practice the script
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM US Eastern Time (10:00 PM – 3:00 AM Philippine time)
- Start date: Monday, November 2
- Daily target: 100+ calls a day, starting with your first week
Pay
- Base: $2.50/hour (25 hours a week)
- Commission: 10% of the first payment from every client you booked, paid after the client pays us
- Paid every 2 weeks via Wise
- Growth: callers who perform well can move up to closing smaller deals for a bigger cut
Requirements
- Clear, confident spoken English that US business owners understand easily
- Cold calling or appointment setting experience; calling US businesses is a big plus
- Able to make 100+ calls a day and keep up the pace
- Quiet room, noise-cancelling headset, and a laptop or PC
- Stable internet plus a backup (mobile data, UPS or power bank) for brownouts
- Comfortable with a night shift and daily call targets
We provide the calling app, lead lists, script and training.
How to apply (applications that skip these steps won't be reviewed)
1. Start your application with the word "HVAC".
2. Send a 60–90 second voice recording (Vocaroo or Google Drive link). Introduce yourself, then read this out loud like a real call: "Hi, is this the owner? My name is ___. I'll be quick. I help HVAC companies stop losing jobs to missed calls. When you're out on a job and the phone rings, who picks it up?"
3. Answer these: How many years of cold calling have you done? Have you called US businesses before? Which dialers or CRMs have you used? What is your internet speed, and what is your backup if the power goes out?
Shortlisted applicants will do a 10-minute live role-play call with us.
