About Syra

Syra is an AI receptionist for US contractors (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, cleaners, etc.). It answers their phone 24/7, books jobs, and texts them the details so they never lose a customer to a missed call. It costs $249/month.

The role

You will cold call US contractor business owners, give them a quick demo of Syra, and sign them up. This is a full-time, phone-heavy sales job for someone who is confident, energetic and not afraid of hearing "no."

Pay

First week: $3/hour.

After the first week: $4/hour.

PLUS $50 for every customer you sign up who pays. Top callers earn far more than the base rate from commissions.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine time), with a 1-hour break. Night shift for the Philippines. You must be able to start right away.

Targets

About 40 calls per hour, and at least 5 business owners hearing the demo each shift.

Requirements

Clear, confident spoken English.

Cold calling or sales experience (US B2B is a big plus).

Fast, stable internet and a quiet place to work.

A good headset and a computer.

Reliable: you show up every shift on time.
