What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who will work closely with a US-based client serving the Home Service Industry. The client provides talent-matching services connecting Philippine professionals with Home Service businesses, as well as CFO and accounting services.

In this role, you’ll manage the client journey from discovery through integration, serve as the main point of contact, establish success metrics, monitor performance and daily reports, and oversee workload and execution.

You’ll also be responsible for:
• Leading client meetings and regular check-ins
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Facilitating processes and ensuring smooth execution
• Monitoring performance and addressing concerns
• Collaborating with recruitment, HR, operations, and other internal teams
• Providing guidance and recommendations to improve client experience and processes

Ideal candidate:
• 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Client Manager, or similar role
• Experience working with US-based companies
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Impeccable written and verbal English communication
• Professional, organized, and highly client-focused
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
• Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams
