Business Development (BD) Specialist

About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to help expand our reach within the Philippine Web3 and crypto market.

You’ll focus on identifying potential partners, developing strategic relationships, and creating opportunities that support user growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local Web3 space and enjoys building partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and connect with Filipino KOLs, affiliates, crypto communities, and other potential partners.
- Identify new business and growth opportunities within the Philippine market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Coordinate partnership campaigns, promotions, and collaborative initiatives.
- Help increase user acquisition through strategic business partnerships.
- Work closely with an international remote team to execute growth initiatives.
- Negotiate partnership terms and ensure agreed campaigns are properly implemented.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate marketing, KOL management, or community growth.
- Solid knowledge of Web3, cryptocurrency, and trading.
- Strong networking skills within the Philippine market.
- Existing relationships with Filipino KOLs, affiliates, or crypto communities are a major advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working remotely with an international team.
