Job Title: Personal Assistant to Editor in Chief/ Operations Expert
(Part-Time, Remote)
Hours: Up to 10 hours per week to start
Rate: $4 USD/hour (with potential for increase based on performance)
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP

I'm looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support myself as an Editor and Operations Expert in managing a variety of article writing, editing, uploading, content, customer success, admin and communication tasks. If you're tech-savvy, a fast learner, and excited by the idea of working behind the scenes to help streamline our online business operations and write creatively, this might be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
Uploading blog articles and events to WordPress
Assisting with AI-generated article writing and editing
Responding to client emails with professionalism and clarity
Building and maintaining automations in

Assisting in building and testing custom GPTs using OpenAI tools
Supporting the Operations Lead with other admin and tech-related tasks

Skills you need:
Excellent English
Writing and editing ability
Familiarity with AI tools
Tech-savvy, ideally experienced in Slack and

Who You Are: Reliable and consistent with communication
Tech-comfortable and excited to learn new platforms
Strong written English and attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and take initiative when needed
Interested in writing, operations, automation, AI, and online tools
Familiarity with WordPress,

, AI tools (like ChatGPT), automation tools

Who I am:
Tokyo based editor, writer and operations expert
I work with multiple content creation clients for everything from translation to writing to operations streamlining using AI
I've worked with everything from the Tokyo Government to the Olympics and Costco etc.
