Buenaflor Consulting Services is the local in-house recruitment vendor for The VA Group in the Philippines, a US-based AI agency. Smile & Hire is The VA Group's AI-powered Applicant Tracking System used to manage and streamline the recruitment process.

Because this role is highly involved with AI, workflows, and technology, our recruitment process is designed to assess not only your professional experience but also your AI literacy, technical adaptability, and ability to understand AI-powered workflows.

AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect)

Are you a strong communicator who understands AI and knows how to turn business challenges into practical solutions?

The VA Group is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect) to serve as the client-facing bridge between our clients, their business processes, and our AI capabilities through MAVIS.

This is a highly client-facing role. You’ll speak directly with clients, understand their workflows and challenges, recommend AI solutions, conduct walkthroughs, and help clients adopt and improve AI-powered processes.

You do NOT need to be a developer.

What You'll Do
• Conduct client consultations and identify workflow challenges.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar AI tools to develop practical solutions.
• Create and refine prompts, workflows, SOPs, and Logic Blueprints.
• Explain AI solutions in simple, business-friendly language.
• Conduct client training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
• Gather client feedback and continuously improve solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI instructions.
• Experience in Training, Operations, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to understand workflows, SOPs, decision trees, and if-this-then-that logic.
• Ability to explain technical/AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience as a Trainer, Operations Professional, Business Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Customer Success professional, or Consultant.
• Experience conducting client consultations, presentations, or training.
• Experience working directly with business owners or decision-makers.
